Carny Cheng is the Director of Engineering at Fluxx, the world’s leading grants management solution, where he leads engineering for Grantmaker and is driving AI-first development transformation across the team. Carny has spent his career at mission-driven software companies, working on everything from machine learning and application development to infrastructure, compliance, and AI adoption. Prior to Fluxx, Carny led Measurabl's engineering organization in delivering a meter-to-market ESG platform trusted by many of the world's largest commercial real estate owners and operators. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering and a BA in Economics from UC San Diego and a Master's in Computational Science from San Diego State University. Outside of work, Carny can be found fishing and playing soccer with his two boys.
